At Solena Fifth Avenue, we are committed to providing a high-quality shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

Items may only be returned after they have been successfully delivered and received
Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached
Trying on items is acceptable; however, items must not be worn beyond fitting
Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted

Return Process

Request a return by contacting us at info@SolenaFifthAvenue.com within 14 days of receiving your order
Once approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner
Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, and approved based on the conditions above:

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed

Liability

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout
Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
