At Solena Fifth Avenue, we are committed to providing a high-quality shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
- Items may only be returned after they have been successfully delivered and received
- Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached
- Trying on items is acceptable; however, items must not be worn beyond fitting
- Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted
Return Process
- Request a return by contacting us at info@SolenaFifthAvenue.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Once approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, and approved based on the conditions above:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed
Liability
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout
- Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
